These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProfessionPrompts ("we," "us," or "our") and the website at professionprompts.com(the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service or create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably believe the user does not meet this requirement.
Account registration and authentication are handled through our provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the prompts, workflows, and materials on the Service for your personal and internal business purposes. You may use and adapt individual prompts in your own work. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Service's content, or represent it as your own product, without our written permission. All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content remain ours or our licensors'.
The Service provides prompts and AI-generated content as informational tools only. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and it does not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any output. Do not rely on the Service for decisions that require professional judgment without independent verification.

The Service relies on and links to third-party services (including Clerk, Stripe, Gumroad, Supabase, and the AI tools referenced on the Service). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfessionPrompts and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProfessionPrompts from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
